Asic have done nothing yet that we know of .if they dont do anything before the spill meeting they probably wont do anything at all. If they did something we would know about in pdf announcements.
They have done exactly what i said months ago and would not honour a 249d. (Again)
Hence takeovers panel application was your best chance to get it right.
Now there appears a 2nd ex director wanting to get back on this board i find this very odd indeed .
