Just thinking about this, I think on balance it is better news than the market reaction would suggest. The market cap is under $100m so it feels like it is priced for a very low probability of either one of these things getting across the line. Positive news on even just one of them should really give a boost, as the negative of the other one is pretty much already in the SP. Where am I wrong?
