Would be interested to see what the CEO says, I am sure there will be a lot of talk of revenue without any tangible evidence of how it will add to the top or bottom line for the business.

They haven't brought a business, they have paid $2.45m for access to an individual who knows a bit about Blockchain, an individual who was willing to sell his services for $1k equity and a $250k loan only 5 months ago, with no indication that the loan has had any funds repaid to FGF. 

This is the type of ridiculous acquisition you only ever see in the microcap sector of the ASX.
