-The method being used to deal with offshore holders is creating an opportunity to force the shareprice down to accomodate the forced selling.
-This is creating a freebie for Aussie holders to accummulate 12 mil. shares at record low prices from foreign holders.
-Can any floor price be created as I am sure this was not done intentionally?
