Sandfire have approached Modresources re possibility of a combination of
the 2 companies with an offer of 38c per share, Mod currently @ 22c.....
Mod have extensive copper prospects in Botswana and Sandfire's
main copper mine is due to run down by 2022......
With the projected copper shortfall in the foreseeable future It probably
wont be the last of these sort of deal attempts.....
