and a Dividend was decided upon at just 5 cents
this would produce a nice $50k income
or 10 cents or

then with todays S/P of only 3.9 cents
you would be returning ....... yes it is real
100 % or there abouts
on your capital outlay each and every year
(to me, it beats money in the Bank at 2.5% )

some will be thinking
he's been in the sun, he lost the plot

but
if KRR can pay down start-up debt,
the debt being far smaller that first thought, because of the ASX Rules
lets stop right there
and now you
look at the possible minerals sold and the potential income stream

maybe you will think like myself
but then again you may not

people, long term holding of stock is very rewarding $
but that's my thinking
and it could be very wrong
