Then you need to hold for a year to get the tax discount on shares investment so its a long wait to see the sunshine with out Tax issues unless your income is zero per year.
Plus, I was not that impressed with the extension of time neither was the market it doesn't sit well with me. MD talking rubbish if S32 wants it they should sign the JV as per the dates stated or someone is playing a game. They have known about it a long time and knew the clock was ticking to the date. To say and use the excuse to iron out the bugs legally is to say they haven't done it prior while awaiting the date.
I am not buying more until I see some movement and it doesn't matter if I pay more. I want to see a signed agreement and not words until then that is why its .004 because nobody believes it. They don't believe INCA they are maybe shell shocked from past INCA issues. Ross needs to follow up with news or we will just dwindle for the next 2 months awaiting a sign off by S32.
If I were Ross I would be pounding on others doors saying step right up its not signed yet so its open as per the JV sign the paper or move on if its that good others will want it.
