Well exactly - the whole thing is a 3 ring circus. Was also curious they installed a blow out preventer. Strachan mentioned they'd be after gas, contrary to the JV saying oil. At least the JV didn't use TAG's figure of 200 mmbls of oil - that collects the village idiots award in my books.
