I'm pretty sure I will be voting for GERD. Too many problems with the current board that they mentioned, and for the Board to pull up stuff that was many years ago is just plain ridiculous and tells me they don't have much else to poke at GERD.
My only concern is they didn't give details of the 100+ years of experience nor their full names, but this may be for confidentiality reasons. I may not vote and just wait and see what the company has to say in response.
