Without an announcement, it could do just about anything. At issue for me is the lack of clarity. Understand this is a risky venture with added international complexity but without a clear picture, this is how retail investors react. They get nervous, see better opportunities elsewhere and pack up and leave.
We all need clarity soon-really soon.
