This is the problem. So far the buyback has brought down the share price. Why? Because this stock has no self-support since the management's spin off decision. We need to see real action of buyback in restoring investors' confidence otherwise it is better for the management to cancel the buyback and announce it to the market, and allocate the money back to exploration.

The quarterly report will be due by 31 Jan 2019. Let us see how much the company's cash balance at 31 Dec 2018 and expected cash outflows in this quarter ended 31 March 2019.
