Hi @serena I met with management in mid December and one of the questions I had was about the buy back as I didn't really understand how it worked. The buy back was always stated as being at management's discretion and that they could vary, suspend or terminate it at any time....see snip from the buy back ASX announcement below


What they found when they 1st started buying back shares was that the scheme actually brought on more selling as the sellers knew the company would buy back their shares at about X price so rather than just buying back all shares they decided it was in shareholder's best interest to use it more selectively. So the scheme isn't terminated they are just being more selective when they decide to use it.
