If they borrowed the money to buy Power Eagle back I think they only need about 4 cents a share to get rid of the debt. If they mortgaged the shares the lender will likely sell them for less and then sell power eagle out from under them to cover the shortfall.
On the other hand they could be like Niels and see a lot of potential here and decide to borrow more dough and buy instead.
It will be interesting days leading up to the market update. If volume increases and the price drops at least we will know why.
