At that AGM, he didn't know whether he was able to get a deal with Geoff (as 2 years of negotiations had yielded ZERO). He was being honest and looking for other opportunities, just in case the tungsten deal didn't happen.
He now has a deal and a 3rd party that is happy to invest on a JV basis and as a shareholder. These are large ticks of confidence in our small management team. Cronimet want this deal to happen.
These guys have been recycling tungsten in the US. There is no active tungsten mine in the US. They are running out of recycled material and need a raw material source.
your foresight and ability to read the market (after it has happened ofcourse) is astounding VCR. I wish we could all invest at last weeks price today. Lets re-write history.
