Not necessarily. It depends on the stock and what is catching your eye. However, if you think there's something that's coming up that will be a catalyst for a move and the company has given an indicative time frame, that can be handy, particularly when it is still a while away. There are just as many companies that have upcoming catalysts but haven't provided any forecasts as to when they are expected as well as other completely different reasons to post. Don't get bogged down in preconceived requirements, just post what is of interest to you. Odds are it will be of interest to at least a few others. Our main requirements here are that you post a little bit of info and not just a stock code or a one-liner ramp and also be respectful of other posters and other opinions. No "rumbles in the jungle" here. Pretty simple, really.
