Can anyone actually confirm it says anywhere that the offer is underwritten? I assume that $5m or whatever part isn't taken up just disappears, which in itself is incentive for the big boys to hold this here just long enough. They can accumulate a little at these prices and prevent an extra 20m shares being issued.
