You Certainly seem to have insight to this, x8 multiple is rich when you look at the other acquisitions in the market place. 

Also capital sensitivity is an issue - not just for Uni if they have old equipment, but I wonder what the profile for Radiology Tasmania is - it's been established under 10 years, so very soon they will need to refresh a lot of their equipment too.

If they can't attract radiologists - or retain them, will be issue too - but I think that's a universal issue.

Doesn't sound like that UniRadiology has any radiologists the will be coming over either? Not mentioned anyway.

Perhaps with the Enlitic link they think the might get a Chinese buyer on board, like PRP (you saw what happened with that, the Chinese owner had to sell to other Chinese investors)

Of course that could happen to any group I should note. Could they sell to the iMed network or Healius (iMed is so big I think they will have some anticompetitive issues).
Has anyone declared they worked for CAJ on this site - just wondering too, declaration of interest etc.
