Yeah that had also crossed my mind, i dont think that management have put a foot wrong yet. There was the unforntunate case of bernstein selling during the cap raise, this was out of their control and they took the time to explain what happened. There werent obligated too. I feel like they get the benefit of the doubt as to the motivation of the consolidation.
