I enjoy reading your views, Mal adds a different perspective to my investment thesis, but one that reassures me.

One question though, are you referring to LVE or LVT. Actually, I have just seen you have posted on LVE, so that answers my question! Perhaps FRX can consider a similar buy back arrangement, (although that's only beneficial if you are currently overweight in FRX).

On the note of LVT, I have been watching this one for a while, (but don't hold). It appears they are going through the re-rate we hope/expect that FRX will have.

Up 36% since Xmas on the back of revenue growth news, with a MC of $200m!

They have announced a ~$23m ARR figure (up 272% YoY), roughly double what I'm anticipating FRX is doing currently.

This growth was boosted in part with a small acquisition and they burnt through $11m last Q. Though they current have $32m at bank.

Now of course it's not reasonable to compare FRX's receipts/revenue to contracted ARR, and the businesses of selling data and SaaS have different margins at scale, but you'd have to agree the contrast is stark.

LVT: Receipts: $5.75m (est.) Cashflow: -$10m (est.) Cash: $22m MC: $200m
FRX: Receipts: $2.5m (est.) Cashflow: +$0.5m (est.) Cash: $2m MC: $11m

I'm still confident that the corporate receipts will convert to revenue, as per my analysis of the Half Yearly, however what has come to light recently, is that they are now selling normal SIMs. I'm not sure if this is:

    due to demands by distributors
mandated as part of the MAS deal
to increase the uptake of Flexishare

Unfortunately, it does decrease the chance of the revenue recurring as has been the case with the microchip. UNL's model provides an example of this.

So, going forward I'll be moderating the % of recurring customers I expect. Like others here, I still believe the Local Plans must have an effect on ARPU, and am using $50 rather than the $77 that has been reported.

I don't like the idea of having customer on normal SIMs, but there is merit in offering customers something they are familiar with, rather than not having them at alll. I'm hoping that the ConnectSIM still requires the customer to register, so that they can hopefully be retained even if they lose their SIM and delete the app once their travel has concluded. (Once they have an eSIM enabled phone).
