Evidently Burwill were unable to take 100% of production and the ROFR condition we can only assume was a major stumbling block to securing a second offtake partner. We have essentially agreed to accept a floating price (between US$680 - $1080/t) in exchange for the ROFR condition being removed. The prepayment will temporarily offset any price reduction, so we're not really any worse off in terms of revenue, what we have gained is the ability to secure a second and maybe a third offtake partner.
In a perfect world we would have sold 100% of production to Burwill at US$880/t, but clearly that was not going to happen. All things considered I believe this is the best outcome that we could reasonably expect.
