I’m O&G experienced in construction/commissioning so I would equate that decrease in development requirement to say a reduction in a subsea pipeline length requirement... i.e a decent time/cost/scope advantage.
With the updated and expanded JORc we are no doubt looking at a beautiful increase in NPV
