Not sure I agree - the team that wins the flag deserves the silver-ware full stop. All teams are aware that they are subject to having bad games - so its a level playing field as far as i'm concerned. All team have to take the good and the bad in AFL it would be bad sportsmanship to just take the good and moan about the bad days when they raise their ugly head. and that extends in the finals as well.

PS If richmond were so great how come they could beat the eagles ? and to add to that - how come they couldn't win away from melb bar one game which was against the Suns pretty crappy if you ask me. take their comfort away and they fell apart every game bar against a bottom side.
