People always talk about how good this management team is.

I am questioning their ability and suggest their skills are at the technical end but not at the value proposition end.

For every bit of great news immediately following is always a corresponding detrimental announcement and a continued sell off by management.

This consolidation changes nothing in relation to the company value but as can be seen by today's SP drop of 10% investors have decided enough is enough.

Running at a 50% loss with substantial (for me) holdings after so much good news makes me think my money is better served elsewhere.

I am more fearful now of another 3B than hopeful of an announcement of a substantial partnership.

Whilst most businesses charter is to look after shareholders, this looks very much like directors looking after themselves.
