Everyone would be watching PEN very closely,....From Regulators, Administrators, Senators, Utilities (specially U.S. Utilities), U miners, Fund managers and traders..... Interesting few months ahead.., if Low pH performs as expected PEN will run hard.... New mining infrastructure, permits, one of the biggest untapped resources in the U.S, and the best of the best management teams....
