Its logical no one would want to continue to rely on a bad source on shakey grounds having made such bad decisions again and again for investors and for whom they supply. In the financial world. When you lose confidence in your supplier. You have to keep the business going if the worst case senario happens. So they will most likely already look for safety and a better operation elsewhere.
