but I think their perception of LPI is also the market's perception. The 'socialist' govt in Chile increases risk and their actions relating to Litio put a big scare into the market from which it has never recovered. But how could a third world country like Chile ignore a massive resource like this. It has to go ahead sooner or later... the main stumbling block is the Govt and Codelco for whatever reasons.
