This is just a non binding MoU for test work only, not even worthy of an announcement. Not to mention PSM have no resource and the drilling has only produced paper thin intercepts of amorphous graphite. Have a close look at the drill sections, they have nothing even close to resembling a graphite mine. By end of March qtr they will have no cash and no resource, but at least they will have a non binding MoU to get some test work done on their amorphous crap.
