@Hey2 The "WE" that @stumpjump was referring to is 45 disgruntled shareholders including myself. We as a group hold close to 160m shares and 55m options.

The reason I created it, was that a poster mentioned that if HDY was delisted HC might close the forum. I thought it best to create somewhere where we could still keep in touch in case we need to go down a legal path.

One of the shareholders in the group has drafted up a letter which is being sent to both James Rowe & Wade Baggot of the ASX today in regards to the company and our concerns.

Have also been in touch with a legal firm too in regards to the matter and am waiting for a reply from one of their financial lawyers.
