Thanks MT had seen this previously. Too many instances of this happening with companies. Another that makes great reading is China Dairy Company(CDC) here today and gone tomorrow.

More delving through PDF announcements had me questioning marks that I received over my years of education in maths, things do not add up nor make economic reality.

Capital Raising Attempts.

1st Attempt 28/5/2015 Announcement $50M - $39M purchase of the 5 dairy Farms and $11M working capital.

2nd Attempt 15/3/2018 ASX Query $150M Bonds 5 Dairy Farms and Fiji. Due to information that ASX was given in late 2017.

3rd Attempt 20/12/2018 $20M minimum raise Aus. Dairy Farms, Fiji and NZ Dairy Products.

None of this makes any sense what so ever, and the project appears to have become bigger than Ben Hur over the last 3 years with no regard for genuine shareholders.
