Definitely I do not have any views towards MD's leaving his position regardless of negative or positive unfolded true reasons.

From my view company's structure apparently looks MD is top executive personal, while company Chairman seems not executive position, imo, which means MD was more likely responsible and commanding top personsl in any field work. But it may be wrong as I do not know about company, as I am paying attention very recently since BHP's very astonishing discovery of IOCG mineral system at Oak Down West.

So, from my view, MD's departure looks very unique, extraordinary and strange development just ahead of extremely promising and aggressive planned field work this year.

I wish we, all market participants, would be more comfortable if we could hear the reason why when company made announcement last time.

Still I am very interesting and curious about company's any progress work with positive expectation.
