Just ring the ASX and I'm sure you'll find an answer more informed than here.
In the announcements they've said the placements falls within its capacity and needs regulatory and shareholders approvals.
They've also done what is legally required by law as it stands.
And yes I think it's obvious an EGM is a given but does that legally need to be announced by the corporations Act?
Surely your "perfectly well" knowledge should know?
I'm not sure so maybe give the ASX a call instead of asking us amateurs first and maybe then you'd get your "perfectly well" answers earlier
