I understand how things work perfectly well.
In a normal situation where a placement requires shareholder approval, this fact is included in the ann usually with an estimated date (by) for the EGM to be held.
The CEO has now confirmed that they are qualifying this placement with the ASX, so it was not all clear in the original ann as you proclaim
To your other point, of course buying shares through a placement raises funds for the Company, you have completely misrepresented what I was saying!!
I have been very clear what I have been asking, however, it is obvious to participate in the CDX threads I need to rehearse my Kumbi ah, so will leave you to it.
By the way, if an EGM needs to be held to approve the placement, (as I have said before) I fully expect it will be easily passed, that has not been my issue
