Catalogue there are two(2) ex directors nominating for a seat on the board, would it not be prudent to disclose who you are many shareholders do not know you.

How do you know the status of the stat demands, how do you know this? In fact how do you know the status of anything to do with the company unless you are the one new nominee that has been approved by the directors on the notice of meeting, if this is the case it just goes to show that the status of the company is available to some shareholders but not ALL shareholders.

If you cannot comprehend nor understand why shareholders have had enough and want change so be it. There are many who do not like what has and is being done behind the scenes by this BOD and their associates and some have come forward with documents that can be used at a later date in the correct venue for it.

Big statements about the make up of the different groups(categorized by you) is quite fanciful but go ahead and keep making up stories then somewhere down the track you will have to eat your words. There is only one thing that the shareholder group want that is for their investment in PDF to have some value and in the near future have a company making a profit. It can and will be done with a new BOD in place.
