No misunderstanding, my reference to Friday was the original suspension until Friday 4th and then after market on the 4th they extended it for another 10 days.

My previous posts should confirm this.

My point was while they technically met the time frame to end or extend the original suspension, they would have been well aware before the end of market trading on Friday 4th that a substantial period of additional time was required.

IMO this extension announcement was delayed beyond when it became clear to the BOD that it was needed and this displays a certain lack of respect/consideration for the shareholders, some seem to agree others disagree.

Did they met their legal requirements and original time frame - yes
Could they have been more proactive in advising the market when this extension became necessary - most probably.
