Drones can be fitted with directional antenna that ignore any attempted signal jamming from the forward direction of travel, if that is not bad enough the control frequencies can be moved out of the ISM bands as to null any attempted signal disruption, but even worse is the camera terrain ID system that can be preprogrammed to seek out a match of data from the likes of google maps. At sufficient height the terrain can be easily recognised and the drone lower to a specific height (With no radio control at this point) and either a pressure transducer or the internal ultrasonic distance measuring circuit can be used to make the drone do what it’s remote pilot wanted it to do. It’s going to be difficult to stop a determined adversary. There are ways to counter these drone threats and it’s not too hard, maybe I should file a patent or two.
