You asked how I would handle the issue, my response was should a S249D get up (i.e at the wish of the bulk of the register) I would expect the MD to work with any Chairman. 

You seem to forget the BOD work for the collective shareholders. It isn't their holding vs an individuals.

I have on multiple occasions said I would leave Peter Holton in his role to service current clients and continue with the strategy, whilst proactively exploring other business opportunities and addressing the weak SP
