I sit on multiple private companies, both here and overseas. Serving as a director, whether private or public is not an accomplishment.

None of the board have any nous with listed environments, hence why guys like JB can have shells like WFE at $80M, yet our directors have SP3 at <$8M. Some guys get it, some don't.

"How will you deal with your managing director?"

One would assume that the MD would drop any personal issues and work with any new Chairman who holds a substantial amount of stock and has opportunities that benefit the business

None of you are being put to a vote yet. In due course, the appropriate documentation will come out (credentials, supporting docs etc). I am waiting on the quarterly figures to determine what level of support such action might have. If they are weak or miss the mark, I think you'll find there will be a fair amount of support for shake up of BOD

If you guys have such issue with me offering to do the role, I know of minimum 3-5 parties far more experienced than Cooper I'd happily propose in my place as Chairman

Unless this quarterly is a knockout, or SP3 start to act like a listed company and engage shareholders (research, broker coverage etc), then I will seek a S249D. You gotta do what you gotta do
