I've been in my new job since October, I had 2 weeks off over Dec/Jan and guess what! I'm committed!

I also haven't had an opportunity deliver meaningful results, I sure hope I'm not called into a meeting to show cause already. Do you think I should be concerned?

I'm not sure on what planet you think Dec/Jan is the busiest time of year, but it's certainly not this one. Unless of course you work in Christmas decorations or a newsagent, which I'm pretty sure SP3 don't?
