Or more correctly. The primary board know that after 20 years of the same old same old that a new owner will decimate the current incompetent self serving board and clear the dross. Job prospects for these long entrenched losers are almost nil.
Thats why a perfectly good offer that would make sound commercial sense was rejected. As the biggest shareholder no doubt jhango will simply replace the board and take over anyway. So why prolong the agony.
