well, after all the petitioning to get the TONOB/OC resurrections, TONOD are offered in that haze of a weak share price.

Perhaps they should have been offered not only with a 20% disc on .007, but that as a cap, (noting the restricted 3 for 4 if it trades VWAP above .007) but also a potential lower price on VWAP.

What if the going price is now .004 ? well, the underwriter will get some, but, fully underwritten with there some confidence of where this is going.

Back to the sp ? just the slow erosion until there is some meat from the bbq on the plate i guess. the salad doesnt give the sp the energy it needs to pull those chokes out from our wheels.
