Destroyed stock price down over 500% since the high of 20c, mounting debt, sold off valuable assets in exchange for loans, little money in the bank, holders are now minority stakeholders in their only project, a looming potential court case with a deep pocketed company, loss of market trust and they still had the audacity to give themselves performance shares.
Unbelievable!
