Yes that makes sense. But I think by the first quarter report, at signature run rate, the SP may possibly be pushing the $3-4 mark.For this reason, the 4th quarter report may be a catalyst for it to close the gap between the current SP and the $3-4 price.
It'll also provide an update on how they're progressing with production, the research into Vanadium, etc...
So I'd say the 4th quarter report will provide a quite significant outlook on things to come.
