Just a tip for you @Sentia717 - probably shouldn't post statements like these other forums ( refer to your words in bold below ) .
In future perhaps you should just come straight to us HDY holders. In any event , it sure does look like you went a bit early with your prediction.
Did it ever occur to you that the ASX has through its various correspondence - ' Backed itself into a Corner ' with this whole debacle. I mean what's at stake is not just the delisting of HDY - but VIC as well. That's TWO ASX listed entities. Makes for a much BIGGER story I would think for the Australian Newspaper don't you think ? And not one that should be taken lightly either - hence the re-thinking and re-approach IMO.
" I think that ASX will delist HDY on Friday morning and then either release it findings on VIC or request further answers after Friday morning. Or it may be that ASX will wait until the beginning of next week before hitting the VIC Board for six.
No I think they intend to send a clear message to the Directors of HDY and VIC and any other like minded director or management that the ASX is gunning for any breaking of the rules. The line is being drawn in the sand. IMHO. And about time."
