What are people's thoughts about the previous RRL bid? Specifically, is it strange that the board unanimously wanted to recommend the offer (11.4cents per share) but the major shareholder (Hawke's Point) wasn't interested? Seems the board thinks the shares should be worth less than 11.4cents.
I'm surprised that this Neon group (rather than Hawke's Point) are the ones to instigate a shake up too.
Any opinions or insight would be much appreciated.
