hey mate
one thing i;ve noticed with the value line is that if value is signifigantly higher than share price, it is usually in a stigma or dirty industry. coal, coal mines, oil, coal mining services etc etc. that was always my view as to why NHC represented good value however i believe that for the value gap to close the stigma would have to go away. just an opinion.
