The market has become so preoccupied with "short termism" and trading that strong fundamental analysis quite often takes a bit of a back seat as every man and his dog is trying to espouse why a px might move 10c either way in the next few minutes or days even.

There was a really interesting ABC radio program last night re modular housing and how much disruption is already happening in other parts of the globe that I suspect we aren't fully across (main interviewee was from KPMG GLOBAL) ..for example in the Netherlands they just 3D printed their first entire house in July this year . Apparently there is 35-40% wastage/ inefficiency in all things building ..this reduces to close to zero in modular hence the view that's it's the most ripe industry on earth for disruption ...

I don't think it's very hard to see the link ..

It's not too dissimilar to the whole EV related sell off which has been so savage as to have you think it's finished and not going to happen particularly exacerbated by the traders forum hysteria. I suspect that ETFs are having a much bigger role than people recognise.

I guess in summary you let the trader mentality players discuss whatever it is they need to do and let fundamentalists really deep dive and decide if these are once in a life time opportunities and can buy at prices that are presented by the traders .

Good luck to the elite smart traders and equally good luck to well researched investors.
