Delays from BOT,,, this is one reason I think our Management is over compensated ,, if they ran everything on time,,well thats what they get paid for so i dont see a need for bonuses and Oppies? maybe if they came in ahead of time that would warrant additional reward ..

BOT Management are beginning to take liberties ,,, they need to get back on track and deliver in the timelines they established and promoted , this is one of the reasons for the SP decline...
