I believe CTL is now making money. I was up Gaffeneys Creek way camping during the break and a local who I have known for some years and believe told me they were aiming for 20 trucks a day out of the A1 with good grade in the dirt.
They aren't at 20 per day yet but I'm told that is the aim.
The best we can hope for is all debt paid down, no notes converted into shares and no more money raised through some bull shite discounted rights issue.
No more dilution of shares.
I did get some legal advice on a possible class action today and will be having more discussion's over the next few days but what I was told to do straight away was to contact ASIC and tell them of my concerns with CTL. I was also told to encourage as many fellow CTL share holders to do the same.
I know I have been told by many people on this forum already to do this but now having got legal advice I realize that this and other steps have to be taken before anything like a class action can begin.
So is it possible that a date for the AGM has not been set because they can't find some Patsy to audit and sign off on the book's ??
