For what it is worth some history on Brian Johnson.
He has a non executive role at LNC so is not part of the management team as such.
To the best of my knowledge he holds 10,137,932 shares & 27,000,000 options in EVG, so it would appear he takes his very seriously indeed.
It would also appear he had a very hands on roles in all his other associations, the same as with EVG
I don’t know any info that is not fully available to the public so I am guessing as much as anyone else.
To date EVG have been a rough old ride --- so even though I am giving them a few posts --- it is maybe as much because they are such an ignored stock – as much as anything else.
I better resist from posting any more.

Mr Johnson is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the construction and mining industries in Australia, South East Asia and North America. He has held a number of Directorships in listed public companies.
As a major Shareholder and Chief Executive, Mr Johnson was instrumental in establishing both Portman Limited and Mount Gibson Iron Limited in the iron ore industry in Western Australia.
Mr Johnson also personally partnered Mr Lang Hancock in the development and operation of the McCamey’s Monster iron ore mine in the Pilbara region and the Woodie Woodie manganese mines in the same area.
Mr Johnson has considerable experience in dealing with Asian steel mills and major trading houses through his previous involvement in the production of iron ore, manganese, and coking coal from the Tahmoor mine in New South Wales and South Blackwater in Queensland.
His particular skills lie in successfully taking a company from its concept stage, through Stock Exchange listing, to profitable operations, and substantially increasing its market capitalisation.
Mr Johnson is currently Chairman of EnviroGold Limited and private equity group, Trans Pacific Capital Pty Ltd, and a director of Resource Equities Limited.
