    FYI 

    * non-shipment/fail to take delivery - 15 days after agreed delivery date (end Dec if you assume agreed delivery date mid Dec 2018), price adjustments (ie penalty) will apply. USD$5 to USD$10 per tonne (USD$75,000 - USD$150,000 for a 15kt shipment)

    * non-shipment/fail to take delivery - 60 days after agreed delivery date (mid Feb 2019 if you assume agreed delivery date mid Dec 2018, breach offtake agreement.
